working farm lying peacefully amidst lovely heather hills, green fields,
pine tres and a winding river running through. Traditional farmhouse tastefully refurbished and cosily heated
throughout, with an open burning fire in the residents lounge. One twin and double ensuite bedrooms, one family room with private
facilities. All bedrooms have colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Welcoming cup of tea/coffee and home bakes on arrival, served in
front of a cosy fire.
Ideal base for touring whisky and castle trails. Lots of walking trails on the Glenlivet Estate, also fishing, pony
trekking, bird watching and only 10 minutes from ski slopes. Play
bowls on the highest outdoor all weather green.
