Summary:

This project is a research topic. Dr. Dimitris Kardaras has prepared two 19-pages questionnaires. The questionnaires are quite similar, only one is for if an interview is arranged and the other to be sent by post or e-mail. The questionnaires are partitioned in three parts that refer to: - a) the company's profile; b) the ways that IS affect their industry and organisational performance; c) the technology that is used or plan to be used within the next 5 years. The questionnaires are to sent out to as many food industries in the UK.
